Theo CRM provides a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for professional service firms. Our services include contact management, pipeline tracking, task management, reporting, and AI-powered features.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe upon the rights of others

  • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security

  • Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications

  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or create using our platform. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theo CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
